Fun Group Classes

Our Small-Group classes are fun, challenging and community-based, giving you a personal training experience in a small-group setting. Build lasting community relationships with fellow athletes who will help keep you accountable and make working out fun regardless of where you are in your journey. We use the CrossFit functional fitness methodology to help you move well and be ready for everyday challenges.  We start all of our new members who have never done CrossFit with Personal Training classes to ensure they move safely and feel confident progressing into our small-group classes.
